Planned Three Hour iAquaLink™ Server Maintenance
The planned maintenance on our iAquaLink servers will continue on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 from 8:00am to 11:00am EST.
During the maintenance window, iAquaLink devices may temporarily go offline (a red dot on the ‘My Systems’ screen, or ‘offline’ in the iAquaLink Owners Center). If anyone needs to interact with a product while offline, physical user interfaces may be used (i.e. AquaLink® automation control panel, iQPUMP or Robotic Cleaner control boxes).
Everything should return to normal after maintenance is completed. However, if you do experience any connection issues afterwards, simply sign out of iAquaLink and sign back in again.
iQPUMP or Robotic Cleaners: These products should automatically resume connection to the LAN and WEB. If they do not, press the "Wi-Fi to Phone" button on the control box twice for iQPUMP and three times for Robotic Cleaners, then wait for the connection lights to come back on. Connecting with a phone or mobile device is not necessary.
